Orders & Turnaround
Most standard orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Rush orders are available — contact us to discuss your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! Bring it in and we’ll take a look. As long as the material is compatible with our engraving equipment, we can usually make it work.
Yes, we can engrave logos and artwork. Artwork should be provided in a vector format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) when possible. We can advise you on the best format when you contact us.

Returns & Policies
Because nearly everything we make is custom engraved and personalized just for you, most orders are final sale once production begins. Un-personalized stock items may be returned within 14 days, and we’ll always make it right if an item arrives damaged or doesn’t match your approved proof. Please proofread every proof or quote carefully before you approve it, since we print directly from your approved proof. Errors found after approval are the customer’s responsibility. If we make the error or your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days and we’ll repair or remake it at no charge. See our Return Policy for full details.
Once you’ve approved your proof and production has started, orders can’t be cancelled and any changes may require an additional fee for new materials and labor. Please reach out as early as possible if something needs to change.
