How long does it take to receive my order?
Most standard orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Rush orders are available — contact us to discuss your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
In some cases, yes. Availability depends on order size and current production schedule. Call us at 702.735.4995 to check on rush availability before placing your order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum! We work with individuals, small teams, and large organizations alike. Whether you need one engraved gift or 500 corporate awards, we can help.

Can I customize the text on a trophy or award?
Absolutely. All of our trophies and awards can be personalized with custom text, logos, names, dates, and more. Just let us know what you’d like and we’ll take care of the rest.
What sports and events do you make trophies for?
We do it all — youth sports leagues, adult recreation leagues, corporate recognition, academic achievement, military and first responder awards, community events, and more. If you’re celebrating an accomplishment, we have something for it.

What materials can you engrave?
We engrave a huge variety of materials, including metal, wood, glass, acrylic, leather, fabric, stainless steel, and more. We’ve engraved everything from plaques and cutting boards to glassware, walking canes, and corporate gifts.
Can I bring in my own item to be engraved?
Yes! Bring it in and we’ll take a look. As long as the material is compatible with our engraving equipment, we can usually make it work.
Can you add a logo to an engraved item?
Yes, we can engrave logos and artwork. Artwork should be provided in a vector format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) when possible. We can advise you on the best format when you contact us.
Do you do perpetual plaques and ongoing updates?
Yes. We specialize in perpetual awards that get updated year after year — perfect for organizations that recognize annual winners or long-term achievements.

What types of signage do you offer?
We produce banners, yard signs, metal signs, and more. Whether you need something for an event, your business, or a special occasion, we can bring your vision to life.
Can you design my signage, or do I need to provide artwork?
We can work with you on design. If you have an idea or existing artwork, bring it in. If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll help you create something that works.
